We aim to process all orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that processing times may occasionally be extended during promotional campaigns, holiday periods, or due to unforeseen operational circumstances.
Delivery Information
We partner with reputable courier services to deliver orders nationwide.
Estimated delivery times are:
- •Major cities and metropolitan areas: 4 business days
- •Remote or outlying areas: 5-6 business days
Although we strive to meet these estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed. Courier delays caused by factors beyond our control, including peak shipping periods, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier backlogs, do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or compensation.
Customer Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including the delivery address, contact details, and any special delivery instructions.
Slim Theory cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed, returned, or unsuccessful due to:
- •Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- •Delivery locations that are inaccessible
- •Failure to accept or collect the parcel
Courier Responsibility and Risk
Responsibility for your order transfers to you once the parcel has been collected by the courier. From that point onward, Slim Theory is not responsible for:
- •Courier delays or missing parcels
- •Damage, tampering, or theft during transit
- •Parcels marked as delivered by the courier but reported as not received
- •Products confiscated, seized, or withheld by customs, SAPS, or any regulatory authority
- •If a shipment is detained or confiscated by any authority, no refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
Where a parcel is returned to us because of:
- •Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
- •Failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point
- •An incorrect address supplied by the customer
the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if the order is to be resent.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS, where applicable.
Customer Legal Obligations
Certain products available through our website may be regulated or subject to legal restrictions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
